Adv. Yogesh Gori is the Founder of Gori and Associates, having established the Firm in the year 2009. After an accomplished career as a Chartered Accountant, he enrolled as an Advocate in 2024 and presently practices independently under the name Legal Granth, a full-time dedicated advocacy and legal advisory practice.

He is associated with Gori and Associates as the Head – Legal and Advisory Services, where he provides strategic legal and regulatory support to the Firm and its clients on matters relating to taxation, corporate laws, commercial transactions and dispute resolution.

With over 17 years of cumulative professional experience spanning taxation, corporate advisory and legal practice, Adv. Yogesh Gori has developed significant expertise in Direct Tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Corporate Laws, Commercial Contracts, Business Restructuring, Regulatory Compliance and Commercial Litigation. He regularly advises and represents clients before the Bombay High Court, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, GST Authorities, Income Tax Authorities, Commissioner (Appeals) and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

His multidisciplinary background in law, taxation and corporate advisory enables him to provide practical, commercially focused and litigation-oriented solutions to corporates, family-owned businesses, trusts, charitable institutions, professionals and high-net-worth individuals.

While independently leading his advocacy practice through Legal Granth, Adv. Yogesh Gori continues to collaborate with Gori and Associates in strengthening the Firm's legal and advisory capabilities by delivering integrated legal, taxation and regulatory solutions to its clients.
